All our replacement remote control handsets are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against failure due to a manufacturing fault. This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the handset caused by the purchaser, or any damage caused by the leakage of chemicals from any batteries fitted to the handset.

Should the replacement remote control not operate with the intended product or have a manufacturers fault a new replacement or a full refund will be offered to the customer upon receipt of the original replacement purchased from this web site.

TV’s ,VCRs and DVDs

TV ,VCR and DVD players are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase on a return to base basis. Tvs have Free extended Guarantees & inhome service within our local area.

Accessories

Accessories purchased are guaranteed for 12 months against failure due to a manufacturing fault. This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the product caused by the purchaser or damage caused by chemicals leaking from batteries that have been fitted to the product.

Repair Shop

Repairs carried out are guaranteed for 3 months, this guarantee is on the parts that have been fitted and our labour.
